Each design of our houses stands for its own story, inspired by the neighborhood, culture and history of the city. For the art design, we turn to emerging, young artists* who find a platform for their creativity with us. With great, individual pictures and murals they show what "street art" can be and bring our motto to life with humor and attention to details.

Industrial style planet

Urban, idyllic and charming: our the niu Bricks design concept is a visual love poem to Hamburg's “pearl” Eppendorf. Everything here is perfectly coordinated and stylishly in harmony. Like the quarter itself. Interior attributes such as “Urban Living” and “Human Nature” are reflected in the ambience in a very simple way.
