To ensure maximum booking flexibility, we offer you our Best Flexible Rate as well as our new Semi Flex Rate with an adjusted cancellation period. This not only gives you complete control over your reservation, but also allows you to enjoy a discount of up to 20% when booking directly. You can change or cancel your booking up to 72 hours before arrival and free of charge.

Cashless payment & digital invoice management - Our the niu app offers you both. And even in one place. In these stormy times in particular, it is important to protect us and to further minimize the risk of infection. Now more than ever. It is therefore a matter of course to us to offer our check-in and check-out processes without contact. In order to simplify everything for you and to make your stay with us as special as possible our the niu app is your perfect companion for a carefree stay in our the niu hotels.
With the app you can check in digitally, open your room and have your bill sent directly to your smartphone. Totally hygienic and completely contactless. Of course, you also have the option of making cashless payments. You can also use our app on your smartphone for this very conveniently.
GREAT SERVICE FROM A DISTANCE
For the protection of our guests and members of staff, the recommended minimum distance of 1.5 metres between personnel, guests and persons who are not travelling together must be maintained at all times. In areas where the wearing of a mouth and nose protector is mandatory, it shall be worn in all public areas of the respective hotel. An anti-spit protection made of acrylic glass is attached to the reception counter for additional protection.
HYGIENE STANDARDS REDEFINED
Our guests and employees are required to maintain careful and regular hand hygiene and to follow the cough and sneeze etiquette. For your safety, hotel staff is regularly informed about the latest hygiene regulations and trained accordingly. All surfaces in the public hotel area, including all sanitary facilities, lifts and room cards are frequently and thoroughly cleaned. Numerous disinfectant stations for individual use can be found in all hotels and may be used at any time if required. Furthermore, our guests obtain a free hygiene kit consisting of a disposable face mask, disposable gloves and a disinfectant wipe. Additional hygiene products are available on request. We make sure that each guest room will be ventilated adequately prior to reoccupation. Hotel linen is only cleaned using a washing process that ensures the highest possible level of care.
The guest's room is cleaned daily. All surfaces in the hotel room, including the sanitary facilities, are cleaned with disinfectants. Should guests nevertheless not wish to have the room cleaned, they are asked to place the "Do not disturb" card on the door of their room.
So that you as a guest do not have to do without the first refreshment of the day despite limited catering options, we ensure that breakfast can be offered in all hotels. Please note that due to the current situation, this can currently vary in variety and nature. the niu Hotels guarantees that all externally delivered food and beverages are prepared in compliance with strict hygiene regulations.
CONTACTLESS PAYMENT & DIGITAL INVOICE MANAGEMENT
No matter if it is check in, opening doors or check out - these processes run contactless in a number of our hotels these days. In order to further minimize the risk of infection, we recommend guests to make on-site payments cashless. Some of the hotels belonging to NOVUM Hospitality also offer the possibility to use a digital room key. The room door is opened in a simple and hygienic way by means of a smartphone app. We are also happy to issue your invoice in digital form.
Due to current travel restrictions, our product portfolio is minimised. Information about temporary closures is available on the respective hotel websites. Of course, the closing measures are time-limited, so that booking procedures can be carried out later.
