The „Eismanufaktur Claus“ in Stuttgart is renowned for its unusual and super tasty ice cream flavors. For example: salty caramel, blueberry muffin, or white chocolate with curcuma. For Stuttgart locals the „Claus“ is the number one spot to get handmade ice cream. The owners Claudio and Tim love the challenge, especially when it is all about exploring new flavors. 

“We are always looking for new and creative ice cream flavors, and we never ignore the classics either, but we try to provide a bit of nuance.“

In their kitchen, Claudio and Tim take good care of their ingredients, looking for a selection of natural and regional sources. Their ice cream is made without additives or coloring. And trust us when we say: you can taste it. It is just so yummy!

It all started with an ice cream truck, which the two drove to festivals and street food markets. Today the „Claus“ has become an institution in “Stuggi” and an absolute highlight. And since the boys don’t like to keep still for very long, the „Claus“ now also offers fresh waffles, tasty soups, healthy bowls, and a well-balanced breakfast. The store itself is stylish and lovely and well-frequented—but don’t worry, there is plenty of room both inside and out, for the whole family. Bon appetit!
