Poletto Winebar Eppendorf
Remigio Poletto is a sommelier whose affinity for wine was put into his cradle. He enjoyed an apprenticeship in his uncle’s winery, spent some time in London working in the Savoy hotel, took a trip to New York, took over the RIVE located at Hamburg’s harbor and eventually became shareholder and sommelier at a famous restaurant with his name. Not only did he initiate Hamburg’s finest wine-menu, he as a person is an original himself. Ask him for his opinion and get inspired by his italian-hanseatic charme and his passion for the world’s finest drink. He cheerfully tells stories about vineyards, wineries, climate zones and cultures. You will enjoy your stay with him for sure!
